My third-grader's tutoring alone runs almost $200 a month, yet I had no idea what he's actually good at, ugh. I crammed English and math into him, blaming myself the whole time — 'am I even doing this right?'... The report came back saying he's an IT & engineering prodigy. He only ever fiddles with Legos and the computer, and I kept nagging him to focus, but that was his strength all along lol. It said he'll blossom at age 11, so I'm going to drop one English class and send him to coding lessons instead...
